I'm not sure why but since I started following Suzie on Insta I just felt like she knew her stuff and was just drawn to her. I was so unhappy with my body and knew that I needed to do something about it, especially with working full time and running after 2 young boys. I was actually injured at the first time I joined with Suzie and Rich and they were honestly so supportive right from the get go and even had me easing back into weight training and ensured it was customised around my injury. Advice I would give anyone working with Suzie and Rich is adhere to the plan they set because they would never put something in place that's won't work, be consistent and to go into coaching with them as a 50/50 partnership where you as a client are also coming to the table for your goals because Suzie and Rich are dedicated and supportive and I know from personal experience always put in there all in all aspects of coaching ❤

As per usual, you guys are just the best. From the regular check ins and advice, as well as the video feedback - honestly I couldn't be more happier to be doing this program. Feeling stronger each session and when i see my shoulders popp in the mirror while I'm lifting weights i DIEEEEEEE!!! Obviously i wasn't happy about my slip up on Saturday night but normally i would just continue feeling sorry for myself and slipping up- however, thats not the case anymore... I've come so far already with this program that it just motivates me even more to pick shit up and just keep moving forward no matter what life throws at me.

Loving the process. Love learning. Love eating and seeing the kgs drop.Never felt better and finding it so easy! This is definitely not a "diet" as eating so many amazing foods and always full. So happy with the results as feeling trim and strong!! And so rewarding knowing that I have ticked all the macros the day before (I need to force myself to eat more to get to the macros planned!!), gone to bed stuffed and the scales have dropped again in the morning!!! I don't feel like there are any restrictions. I don't feel like I am missing out on anything. So, unlike in the past, it is easy to keep on track without the crazy weekend eating and starting again on Monday!

Absolutely love having someone to be accountable too. It really helps after you f up when I reflect and think wow look at all the work I did and how easy it is to go backwards!
